Clinical Affairs Manager
Alma is hiring a Clinical Affairs Manager to plan and execute clinical trials, clinical applications, and support of regulatory submissions. A Ph.D. or Master’s degree in life sciences or related disciplines. and minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Clinical Affairs Manager/ Clinical Research Associate within the medical device industry, preferably from an aesthetic medical device company is required. Experience in regulatory/clinical document writing, medical device training also required, and experience in managing studies aimed to support FDA submissions preferred
Inside Sales Representatives drive device sales and trade-in/trade-up upgrade opportunities in a designated territory. The focus is to develop, solicit, and generate new sales opportunities and qualify leads to help foster overall growth within the business. The goal is to generate sales opportunities and help provide customer satisfaction by professionally interfacing with field sales, sales management, customer service and technical service. Inside Sales Representatives manage client accounts during the sales cycle including: Setting the initial appointment, following-up with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify leads, schedule field meetings, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and help in resolving any customer issues.
Inside Sales Manager
As the Inside Sales Manager you will monitor and manage Salesforce.com reporting to track accountability and results for inside sales team. Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for sales leadership tracking attainment and progress to sales goals. Conduct weekly 1:1’s with all team members (currently team of 4). Meet with leadership weekly to ensure consistent communication and team support as well as meet bi-weekly with sales team supported by Inside sales to facilitate high-performance relationships.
Practice Support Specialist
As a Practice Support Specialist you will be a regional point of contact focused on supporting new and existing customers within a specific geography. You will manage the post sale activities within a designated territory in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager and Territory Managers. Duties will include pre-sale presentations and networking at workshops, dinners and tradeshows as assigned, aiding in driving attendance as well as pre-sale site visits and phone calls as needed by sales team. You will be the main point of contact for the practice post-sale, creating a smooth on-boarding process including scheduling installation, clinical training, and fostering consumable sales through practice support. You will also identify and foster new device sales opportunities within install base and collaborate with sales team.
As the Service Technician we are looking for someone to respond to technical support from customers and CSR’s and resolve basic problems and deploys loaner systems to the field as necessary. You will repair all equipment requiring service and assist with maintaining merchandise inventory and parts stock. This position can have up to 50% travel and will be a requirement of the job.
